Credit Card

We accept all credit cards. This is the best option for payment because, in most cases, the processing happens almost instantaneously, which speeds up your product delivery.

Minhocco does nor store any payment data. Your data will be sent to the credit card company and immediately eliminated from Minhocco’s servers. There is no loss of confidentiality of your information.

 

Important Notes

The estimated delivery time only starts after the payment confirmation. Once confirmed, your order will be sent directly to packaging and shipping sector. If a problem occurs in the processing of your order, causing a chargeback, we ask 10 working days to complete the procedure.

 

Delivery Policy

The estimated delivery time varies according to the type of delivery chosen and the place of delivery. To check them just put the zip code of your shipping address at the closing of your purchase and check the deadlines provided by the carriers.

 

Shipping

Purchases made and approved until midnight, will be shipped the next day, in case of business day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be dispatched on the first business day following the authorization of the credit card administrator.

 

Important information

The shipping charge is added to the value of the product in “Total” of the purchase and will be included in the payment according to the chosen mode of payment.

There will not be deliveries in different addresses set by the customer at the time of the purchase closing.

The consumer can receive calls or emails requesting personal data confirmations

It is not necessary a person at the shipping address to receive the goods and sign the delivery receipt. If the attempts result in failure, the goods will return to Minhocco’s store.

After new address confirmation, the goods can be sent back. The estimated time of delivery, same as informed in the closing of your purchase, will start from this address confirmation day. Resend costs will be paid by the customer.

Possible reasons for delays in the delivery: Customer absence on the delivery address registered on the site; incorrect or incomplete registered address; address change; eventualities inherent in our role as natural disasters, general strikes, protests and / or any other force majeure causes.

So it is very important that the customer is aware of the delivery time, tracking it with the code that is informed by email.

Exchanges and returns policy

Can I return my international order?

Occurrences involving returns must be previously communicated to the Minhocco’s Relationship Center, you just have to send an email to ola@minhocco.com.br.

Products sent to Minhocco without previous communication will be returned to the sender without prior consultation. Shipping will be paid by the customer, except in cases of Exchange for products with manufacturing defects.

 

Return for withdrawal of purchase

If you completed your purchase, received the product in perfect condition, but for some reason you were not satisfied, the following conditions must be observed:

The deadline to give up the purchase is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the receipt;
The product may not have evidences of use;
The returned product must be without any intervention that may had caused depreciation of the piece, accompanied by original invoice, tags, all its accessories and preferably in the original packaging.

In this case, the desire for cancellation must be communicated, please contact customer service, you just have to send an e-mail to ola@minhocco.com.br. The return of goods must be made to the address indicated on the purchase invoice. In this case, the shipping will be paid by the customer.

 

Refund

In cases of return for withdrawal of purchase, the chargeback of the amount paid by credit card will be made by the credit card company, which will be communicated as soon as the goods are received at our distribution center.

When appropriate, the shipping rates will be discounted.

Exchange for products with manufacturing defects

Minhocco is fully responsible for the quality of its products, offering guarantee of 30 days, started at the day of receipt of the goods by the customer.

If in this period of time there is any dissatisfaction related to the nature of the product, please send an e-mail to ola@minhocco.com.br.

There must be attached to the email the purchase invoice and the photo of the defective product to prior review.

 

Return of defective goods

After receipt of the dissatisfaction note, our customer service will contact the client to explain the exchange process.

After receipt of the goods in our distribution center, the product will be sent to technical analysis that will generate a report within 10 calendar days.

 

Product’s Technical Analysis

If the report register dissatisfaction as appropriate, Minhocco will start the process to the chargeback of the amount paid.

The chargeback of the amount paid by credit card will be made by the credit card company, which will be communicated as soon as the defective product report is given as founded and complete.

 

Product replacement

We do not do the replacement of products with manufacturing defect. In such cases, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

My purchase was sent incorrectly. What should I do?

We make every effort to ensure that your order will be sent correctly. If your purchase is with some missing product or products that have been sent incorrectly please send an email to our Customer Service at ola@Minhocco.com.br.  In this case, the shipping charges will be paid by Minhocco.
